Passengers are entitled to a full refund of the ticket only for cancellations requested up to 24 hours before the start of the activity.
Cancellations received after this deadline will not be refunded.
Passengers are also entitled to a full refund of the ticket in the event of adverse sea weather conditions that prevent the regular execution of the activity.
If the passenger arrives late at the boarding point due to reasons not attributable to the company (such as road traffic, car accidents, public transport disruptions, etc.), no refunds will be issued.
